Born in Argentina, province of Buenos Aires, she completed her studies at one of the top culinary schools in the nation, the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy.
After traveling through various Latin American countries, she moved to Ibiza.
There, she experienced significant cultural diversity and a diverse gastronomy that inspired her to invent new dishes using local and organic ingredients.
With over a decade of experience, she has worked in various restaurants, such as the renowned Sol i neu by Nandu Jubany in Andorra, Café Mishiguene by Kalika Tomas in Buenos Aires.

That's why I adopt a customized method for every menu I design, collaborating closely with my customers to grasp their preferences and tastes.
This enables me to craft exceptional and delightful meals that cater to their liking. I am flexible in accommodating dietary requirements and preferences such as vegan, gluten-free, and keto.
